THE FRENCH SPIRIT in an essential range
Paulet was originally founded in 1848 on a French property that has been producing the distinguished drink for more than 260 years. The brand has always matched this heritage with the spirits of the times. During the 20th century, Paulet won the favors of numerous famous French public figures such as politicians, intellectuals, chefs and entrepreneurs. All of them were renowned avant-gardists and elegant characters.
Paulet offers today a range of four contemporary cognacs aimed at a new generation of enlightened drinkers and tasteful personalities. Mustering its centenarian savoir-faire, Paulet has developed both sharp and subtle recipes distinguished by mineral, fruity and slightly spicy notes.

As an official recognition, in 2018, the Cognac Paulet XO was awarded a Gold Medal and the the Cognacs Paulet VS and VSOP a Silver Medal during the International Spirits Contest in San Francisco. Paulet has also been listed amongst the seven best cognacs by Wine Enthusiast Magazine in 2019.

Named “Grandeur”, the cognac Paulet XXO embodies the quintessence of our savoir-faire. It is aged in dry cellars over several decades in order to gain its unique finesse and elegance. In order to enjoy the Cognac Paulet XXO discover first its copper glints. Its bouquet is smooth and complex, developing aromas of aged port and wooden cigar box. The palate is smooth and rich, with an exceptionally long finish characterized by the Rancio (the famous oxidative notes typical of Grande Champagne cognacs distilled over lees) and candied fruit aromas like apricot.
